Position Overview

An AI education and consulting community serving businesses and entrepreneurs is seeking motivated AI Consultancy Sales Managers to grow its membership.

This is a flexible, remote sales opportunity focused on connecting with business owners, entrepreneurs, employees, and professionals who are interested in using artificial intelligence to improve their work or business.

Members receive access to AI consulting, educational content, courses, community resources, career support, and office hours. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective members through personal networks, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, and employees who may benefit from AI education and consulting.
• Conduct outreach through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, phone, and in-person conversations.
• Learn about each prospect's business or professional needs and identify ways AI may be useful to them.
• Clearly explain the membership, resources, consulting services, and benefits available.
• Answer prospective member questions and handle objections professionally and accurately.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions using a spreadsheet or CRM.
• Develop a strong understanding of the AI community and its services in order to represent the program confidently.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective members.
• Represent the organization professionally without using aggressive sales tactics or overpromising results.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects and consistently following up.
• Strong professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing a large pipeline of prospects.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, or motivated to learn AI technology quickly.
• Ability to understand business needs and clearly communicate how AI tools and services may provide value.
• Professional, trustworthy, and ethical approach to sales.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, business development, or community building is a strong plus but not required.
• Existing professional or community networks that can support business development are a plus.
