Paralegal

Location: Ocean Township, NJ

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Doe $60k-$80k

Well established and busy law firm with focus on residential real estate transactions seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidates to fill the role of a Real Estate Paralegal. 3 to 5 years experience is preferred but we WILL train the right candidate as well. • Prepare and review closing documents for residential and commercial real estate transactions

• Conduct title searches, lien searches, and review title commitments

• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, realtors, and clients throughout the closing process

• Draft and file legal documents including deeds, mortgages, affidavits, and closing statements

• Maintain organized and accurate client files and transaction records

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and deadlines

• 3 to 5 years of office experience 

• Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions and closing processes is helpful

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced legal environment

• Strong communication skills for coordinating with lenders, title companies, and clients
