Business Development Representative (Hybrid/Remote)

We are a growing custom kitchen cabinetry manufacturer seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial Business Development Representative to expand our network of interior designers, kitchen designers, architects, and industry professionals. If you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities, this is an exciting role with significant growth potential.

This position offers a flexible remote/hybrid schedule, with occasional visits to our New Jersey showroom for client meetings, designer events, and team collaboration.

What You'll Do
  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing industry contacts.
  • Introduce designers and trade professionals to our custom cabinetry solutions.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships within the design community.
  • Schedule showroom appointments and meetings for designers and prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Represent the company professionally at showroom events and industry gatherings as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule.
  • Experience in business development, sales, customer relationship management, or the design/build industry is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in interior design, kitchens, cabinetry, construction, or luxury home products is preferred but not required.
