Direct Support Staff – Young Adult Special Needs Care

Seeking reliable male support staff to work with a young adult with special needs. Prior experience preferred; ideal for college students studying psychology, BCBA, or related fields. Must be responsible, energetic, and dependable.

Schedule: Shabbat hours, overnight (awake), and additional flexible shifts
Pay: Overnight $20–$23/hr | Shabbat daytime $25–$40/hr (based on experience)
