We are seeking an organized, energetic, and compassionate Program Manager to help individuals and families access the resources, opportunities, and support systems they need to achieve greater financial stability and well-being. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating services, solving problems, and working collaboratively to improve outcomes for those in need.

The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate services across internal departments and community partners, monitor client needs and outcomes, and help develop innovative initiatives that address barriers to economic mobility. This position will also connect clients to public benefits, workforce development opportunities, employment resources, financial education, and other essential community supports.

We welcome candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds. While experience in human services, workforce development, community engagement, nonprofit management, social services, or program administration is valuable, a clinical or mental health background is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage programs that support economic mobility and family well-being.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, employers, training providers, and public agencies.
• Connect individuals and families to resources, services, and opportunities that support their goals.
• Monitor program outcomes, identify service gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective service delivery.
• Assist with program planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation.
• Support the development of new initiatives that address barriers to employment, financial stability, and self-sufficiency.
• Serve as an advocate for clients while promoting a strengths-based, person-centered approach.
