• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Present products and promotions to customers while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Manage customer accounts and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
• Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry events as needed.
