Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service & Outreach Representative to join a growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building strong relationships, and supporting patients, providers, and office staff through excellent service and day-to-day coordination.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident handling customer interactions with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency

• Conduct outbound outreach to patients and prospective clients as needed

• Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer requests

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution

• Process paperwork and maintain accurate records

• Prepare invoices and assist with collections when needed

• Build positive relationships with patients and customers through excellent communication

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and represent the organization professionally

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Healthcare, pharmacy, medical office, or related experience preferred

• Familiarity with common medications and basic healthcare terminology is a plus; training will be provided

• Excellent phone presence with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally

• Calm, patient, and solutions-oriented when handling customer concerns

• Comfortable with outbound calls, outreach, and relationship-building

• Team player who works well with multiple people across different departments

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Entry-level candidates with strong customer service or sales experience are encouraged to apply
