ECommerce Manager

Location: Hillside, New Jersey

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead the digital operations for our growing electronics arbitrage business based in the Kenilworth, New Jersey area. In this lead position, you will take complete ownership of our online sales channels, driving growth, optimizing listings, and managing the entire profit and loss statement for our eCommerce division. You will oversee everything from product sourcing and market research to paid advertising, search optimization, and performance reporting. If you possess a deep understanding of the online resale landscape and a proven track record of scaling digital storefronts, we want to hear from you.

• Train, mentor, and coach team members.
• Conduct performance reviews & address performance gaps.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.

• Optimize product listings across all marketplaces.
• Manage inventory and pricing strategies.
• Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in e-commerce operations (listing optimization, inventory management, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Manage daily team operations and performance.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on team progress.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
