Position Overview
A retail business is seeking a responsible, friendly, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join its team. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
This is a customer-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, provides excellent service, and can be trusted to handle day-to-day responsibilities independently. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Assist customers with questions and product selections.
Help create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
Maintain an organized and presentable retail environment.
Assist with basic sales transactions and customer purchases.
Answer customer questions in person and over the phone as needed.
Help organize and maintain merchandise.
Assist with general day-to-day store responsibilities.

Provide dependable coverage during scheduled shifts.
Assist with additional store responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Friendly, personable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
