Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers through a combination of warm outbound calls and incoming high-intent leads.
Guide vehicle owners through available extended warranty and service contract options tailored to their specific needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining high satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Follow up with prospect pipelines consistently to close sales and drive revenue.
Accurately track, manage, and report daily sales activities and customer records within our CRM system.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a call center, telesales, or inside sales environment is strongly preferred.
Experience in automobile warranty, extended service contract, or auto sales is a major plus.
Strong communication and active listening skills with a dynamic, customer-focused phone presence.
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and overcome client objections effectively.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working productively in a full-time, in-office setup.
