Position Overview
A growing wholesale company in New York City is seeking a smart, organized, and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who enjoys taking ownership of projects, staying organized, and working across multiple areas of the business.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and problem-solver who can manage projects from start to finish; dealing with products, China, supplier, art department, E commerce and sales team, coordinate with internal teams and outside partners, and ensure deadlines and priorities are consistently met. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to receive hands-on training in sales and business development and grow into a broader role within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to keep projects moving forward.
Track project timelines, approvals, orders, and outstanding action items.
Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, reports, and project documentation.
Follow up consistently with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Identify potential issues or delays and take initiative to resolve them.
Assist with product development, orders, and other wholesale business operations.
Help prioritize daily tasks and ensure important projects remain on schedule.
Communicate project updates and provide regular status reports to management.
Take on additional responsibilities as the role develops and the business grows.
Learn the company's products, customers, and sales processes with the opportunity to receive training and transition into sales and business development responsibilities.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Previous project management, operations, wholesale, sales, or administrative experience is a plus, but the right motivated candidate will be considered.
Must be eager to learn and interested in developing long-term business and sales skills.
