We are a rapidly growing private lender specializing in fix & flip, short-term bridge, and DSCR loans, providing flexible capital for investors across residential, multifamily, commercial, and value-add real estate. As an ambitious, entrepreneurial team, we move quickly, think creatively, and reward initiative. In this role, you will work alongside our senior team to support the underwriting process, manage loan files, and play an active part in transactions from initial application through closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze borrower financials, collateral, and transaction risks to formulate data-driven credit recommendations.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align underwriting with deal strategy and client goals.
Communicate with borrowers, brokers, attorneys, and vendors to collect outstanding loan conditions.
Prepare loan summaries and underwriting packages for internal review.
Assist the Senior Underwriter with underwriting bridge, construction, and DSCR loan requests.
Help develop and execute business plans through thorough market and competitor analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
0–2 years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, underwriting, or financial analysis preferred.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
