CPA office is seeking a candidate to handle financial functions.
Requirements Include:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Good verbal and written skills

Ability to multitask

Attention to detail

Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily functions in the office

Preparation of invoices and contacting delinquent accounts

Capturing employee time and preparing payroll
-
Assist in processing electronic returns
-
Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
-
Provide clerical support
-
Maintaining client database
No experience necessary. Training will be provided.
Students and recent grads welcome
Full-time hours preferred but will consider part time.
Salary based on level of experience and hours to be worked.
