ABA therapy seeks a diagnostic specialist to join the team. Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to perform diagnostic assessments for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a certification in ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) and a passion for working with individuals aged 1-20 years. This position offers the flexibility of remote work but requires occasional travel within a 30-minute radius from the clinic. Key Responsibilities: – Conduct ASD diagnostic evaluations using the ADOS tool for children and adolescents aged 1-20 years. – Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and provide recommendations for clients. – Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with clients and families. – Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and progress. – Attend team meetings and participate in case discussions. – Provide follow-up support to clients and families as needed. Requirements: – ADOS certification required. – Strong knowledge and experience in ASD diagnostics. – Willingness to travel within 30 minutes of work location for in-person assessments. – Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. – Exceptional communication skills with clients and families. Preferred Qualifications: – Licensure as a psychologist or pediatric medical practitioner is a benefit but not required.
