Local property management company in NJ, is seeking a Director of Human Resources.

Human Resources Director
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Director to join our dynamic team in a multifamily real estate property management company. This role involves overseeing key administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations, and working collaboratively with a second Administrative Manager to optimize our company’s performance.


Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:

  • Personnel oversight for main office, satellite and property offices.
  • Managing the Employee Life Cycle (Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, Ensure Proper Training, and Firing Employees).
  • Managing Employee Relations.
  • Administering Employee Benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, such as sexual harassment and fair housing training.

Compliance Management:

  • Oversee the existing compliance manager on their workload. Provide assistance as needed. This entails:
  • Oversee compliance action calendars and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Oversee managed reports
  • Conducting periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.

Insurance Oversight (with the assistance of our Insurance Consultant):

  • Maintain master insurance records for all insurance policies
  • Process annual insurance applications and audits.
  • Manage and track all open insurance claims.
  • Ensure Certificates of Insurance are Produced on all Third-Party Contracts.

Operations:

  • Collaborating with departments to assess staff and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and refine processes to improve administrative workflows.

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
