Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Sales Representatives to drive sales of our premium extra-large body wipes. This is a commission-only position offering a significant earning potential for individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with customers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, presenting our product value proposition, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to be part of a company with a unique and in-demand product.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new sales leads through various methods including networking, cold outreach, online research, and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our extra-large body wipes, their features, benefits, and target markets.
  • Sales Presentations: Effectively present the value proposition of our product to potential customers, highlighting its unique advantages and addressing their needs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Closing Sales: Confidently guide prospects through the sales process and effectively close deals.
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting: Accurately track sales activities, progress, and results. Provide regular updates on sales efforts and potential opportunities.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Operate with integrity and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position. Sales Representatives will be compensated at 5% of the net proceeds from each successfully closed sale.

Net Proceeds Defined: For the purpose of commission calculation, "net proceeds" shall mean the net cash proceeds actually received by the Company, including any increase or decrease in the total amount of the order, but excluding returns, credits provided, shipping and mailing costs, taxes, and insurance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a direct sales or commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, discipline, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and sales tracking tools (preferred).
  • Passion for health, wellness, and/or convenience products is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or sales training is beneficial.
