ABA Company looking for an Intake Coordinator – must speak Spanish Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients and families. • Guide clients through the intake process and ensure all necessary forms are completed. • Collect and verify insurance and patient information. • Maintain accurate records and data entry in the system. • Coordinate communication between families, therapists, and administrative staff. • Assist with scheduling initial assessments and appointments. Requirements: • Must speak Spanish • Administrative support experience preferred. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Familiarity with insurance verification is a plus. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. • High school diploma or equivalent Job Hours – part-time with the option to transition into full-time
