Our team is seeking an Entitlements Specialist to provide critical support to clients by connecting them with the benefits and services that best suit their needs. What You’ll Do:

Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's needs and financial situation

Assist clients in applying for and navigating the process for government benefits like Medicare, SNAP, Social Security, Medicaid, and more

Provide referrals to state and local agencies and offer guidance on entitlements

Stay informed about changes in government benefits to ensure clients receive the best support

Develop and lead community outreach and educational workshops to inform others about available benefits

Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all services provided
Who You Are:

You have at least 5 years of experience in direct entitlement services or eligibility determination

You’re a strong communicator, skilled in both written and oral interactions

You enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating with others to achieve client success

You’re highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
-
You are familiar with the Orthodox Jewish community and culture (preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google apps
