Job Description:
As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations. You will assist with administrative tasks, maintain records, manage finances, and ensure smooth office operations. If you are highly organized, detail-driven, and have experience in administrative work, we would love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office tasks, including scheduling, filing, and general office support.
  • Process and track financial transactions using QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and managing expenses.
  • Assist in preparing reports and other business documents.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain and update company records in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative work, with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online for handling financial tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the security services industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Basic understanding of financial management and bookkeeping.
