Seeking a clinic intake assistant to join the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The role of the Clinic Intake Assistant is to assist with the intake process for new clients and to maintain quality assurance for existing clients. This includes many skills and tasks, such as: answering busy phone lines, assisting walk-in clients, sending paperwork to potential clients, all follow-up regarding the paperwork, generating and sending reports, building and maintaining relationships with partnering organizations.

Respond to inquiries for more information about our services either in-person or via phone.

Process all intake paperwork including any necessary follow-up or revisions.

Create and send reports on an ongoing basis and provide any follow-up if needed.

Attend periodic events to promote the Agency and the Clinic (including evenings and/or weekends).

Walk applicants through the screening process.

Take initiative on projects without explicit instruction.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus.

Bilingual is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate. Computer proficiency (MS – Word, Excel and Outlook).

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
