Job Description: As a Building Equipment and Machinery Leasing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our leasing business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with real estate builders and developers. Your primary responsibility will be to promote our leasing solutions, effectively communicate the benefits of our equipment and machinery, and secure leasing agreements to support our clients' construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential real estate builders and developers who require equipment and machinery for their construction projects.
  2. Consultative Selling: Understand the specific needs and requirements of clients, providing tailored leasing solutions that align with their project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our equipment and machinery offerings, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively differentiate our solutions in the market.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within real estate development firms, fostering trust and credibility as a reliable leasing partner.
  5. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to secure leasing agreements, demonstrating value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections raised by clients to ensure successful deal closures.
  6. Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to enhance our leasing offerings and sales strategies.
