A tent and party rental company in Monmouth County, NJ is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to fill the role of an out-bound sales representative.
This is a great role for someone that is active and friendly and looking to get out on the road and visit customers and build relationships. Open to a hybrid schedule for the right individual.
You will be responsible for:
Account Management:

Personally manage a select portfolio of high-value accounts with assistance from Managers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Ensure customer satisfaction, addressing issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Develop and implement the company’s overall sales strategies, aligning them with broader business objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with leadership to set short- and long-term sales goals.
Qualifications:

3-4 years of B2B sales experience

A good understanding of the community and functions

A vehicle and a clean driving record

Strong computer skills
