As we expand into live shopping, we’re seeking a dynamic TikTok Live Shopping Specialist to spearhead our live shopping strategy and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of PV’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience, leveraging one of the most engaging platforms for modern retail.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TikTok live shopping, a deep understanding of the platform’s algorithms and audience, and a creative edge for producing engaging content that drives sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok live shopping strategy tailored to brand identity and target audience.
  • Identify trends and best practices to optimize live shopping sessions for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Live Shopping Execution:
  • Plan, schedule, and host regular TikTok live shopping events, showcasing products with compelling storytelling and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing backdrops, setups, and content for live streams.
  • Respond to audience questions and comments in real-time, creating a seamless and interactive shopping experience.
  • Content Creation and Marketing:
  • Work with PV’s marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive attendance to live shopping sessions.
  • Coordinate with UGC creators and influencers to integrate live shopping into broader content strategies.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization:
  • Monitor performance metrics, including views, engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Use analytics to refine future live shopping sessions and campaigns, ensuring continued growth and success.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure a consistent and impactful customer experience.
  • Maintain alignment with PV’s overall brand and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing TikTok live shopping events or similar live shopping platforms.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence audiences.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize live shopping strategies.
  • Experience in fashion or e-commerce is a plus.
