About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mid-Senior Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, primarily focusing on TJ Maxx, Ross Stores, and Burlington Coat Factory Stores. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling to these specific channels, with a deep understanding of their buying processes and operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory (primarily focusing on TJ Maxx, Ross Stores, and Burlington Coat Factory Stores).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Accurately forecast sales and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
  • Actively participate in industry trade shows and events.
  • Represent the company professionally and build strong brand awareness within the target market.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience in the fashion and/or entertainment accessories industry.
  • Proven track record of success selling to TJ Maxx, Ross Stores, and Burlington Coat Factory Stores is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and the buying processes of off-price retailers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
