Non profit is seeking a Senior outreach and engagement coordinator to join their senior division.

Position Summary: 
The Senior Outreach and Engagement Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Division staff to help us inform our seniors and the broader community about what SBH Senior Division has to offer. This individual will play a pivotal role in disseminating information ,ensuring outreach to caregivers and older adults, within our Older Adult Center and the broader community. This role requires a dedicated commitment to expanding our reach, fostering community engagement, and addressing the diverse needs of our senior population. 

Duties and Responsibilities (including Supervisory): 
•    Provide case management services to older adults that attend our program
•    Educate and inform seniors about the comprehensive range of services we offer
•    Aid with transportation, provide information and referral services, and assist with our food programs
•    Update and maintain accurate information in our database, Peerplace, ensuring data integrity and reliability for effective program management
•    Develop daily and weekly email campaigns, maintain regular social media postings, and create daily text blasts to advertise upcoming programs
•    Develop and manage customized distribution lists tailored to specific senior activities, ensuring targeted communication and engagement with our diverse senior community.
•    Maintain accurate contact information for program participants and potential participants
•    Provide support for our program activities, communications, and daily tasks as required
•    Conduct outreach calls to seniors, informing them about upcoming programs and gauging their interests
•    Attend events and programs to collect senior information and coordinate production of materials
•    Assist with special projects as needed

Success Criteria and Measurements: 
•    Assess quality and impact through stakeholder feedback and engagement metrics.
•    Track attendance and member engagement via registration and feedback data.
•    Evaluate event success and efficiency based on attendee satisfaction and budget adherence.
•    Assess adherence to deadlines and completion of tasks as scheduled.
•    Monitor implementation and success of new programs in achieving objectives.
•    Evaluate timely completion of tasks and meeting program goals.
•    Assess accuracy of materials and contribution to long-term goals.

Skill and Education Required: 
•    High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
•    Strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills. 
•    Technologically savvy, with fluency in computer applications, including word processing, email, internet searches, database and presentation software.
•    Must possess critical thinking skills; must be able to understand impact of programs/projects on the agency.
•    Proven capacity to work with many different types of individuals.
•    Must have good judgment and be able to work with minimal supervision.
