Non profit seeking A part-time Event Coordinator for a senior program, working 10-15 hours per week, would be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events tailored to senior citizens. Key responsibilities include:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement engaging activities and events that cater to the interests and needs of senior participants.

  • Vendor Management: Identify and collaborate with vendors for catering, entertainment, and other services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets.

  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with senior participants, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

  • On-Site Event Management: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, addressing any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience for attendees.
