The property management Bookkeeper is responsible for creating accurate and timely financial records for the privately held portfolio of assets.
Essential Functions

o Prepare accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards

o Report to the CEO the finances of the organization.

o Establish records of accounts and input entries into proper accounts.

o Document and ensure proper keeping of financial records, making use of current technologies.
