Commercial Insurance Brokerage in Eatontown, NJ, is seeking candidates to fill the role of an office manager. 

This is a full time role, NO remote option is offered. 

ROLES: 

  • The first point of contact for incoming calls
  • Handle all renewals
  • Create new applications
  • Call the carriers and clients make sure they have everything they need to quote Keeping track of all cancellation notices

SKILLS: 

  • Intermediate computer skills 
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word
  • AMS360 knowledge is a HUGE PLUS
  • Pleasant on the phone
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills
  • Hard Working
  • **Insurance office skills huge plus!**
