Seeking a candidate for inside sales for our Eatontown, New Jersey office.
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves contacting prospective customers via telephone to foster relationships and close sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with experience in outbound prospecting and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers from provided leads.
2. Present and demonstrate services to potential customers.
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
4. Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
6. Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales goals and share best practices.
7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business initiatives, and industry trends.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is a plus.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
